Men for Life."

The Men's Basketball Program at Woodside is committed to developing boys into young men who are ready to pursue and achieve excellence in every avenue of their lives. Our philosophy is built upon the phrase that we are "Building REAL Men for Life." It is the program's belief that teaching the (REAL) parts of becoming a man play an essential role in serving as guidelines for these boys in their transformation into young men.

As these boys enter the program they are embedded in a culture that believes in family values. We offer a program that not only holds its players to the highest of standards both on and off the court, but also emphasizes striving for their maximum potential in the classroom, and in everyday life as well. The program's belief is that winning is a byproduct of instilling these virtues, which is vital to their success as men in life, as well as on the basketball court.

Go, Wildcats!

Coach Mike Reynoso graduated from San Diego State University where he recieved his degree in Kinesiology, and from there went on to get his teaching credential in Physical Education. Coach Reynoso is dedicated to returning the Wildcat's to championship status once again in the Bay Area. Coach believes that building the entire student-athlete is a very important part in high school athletics and must not be overlooked. He puts a tremendous amount of emphasis on the boys commitment to excellence in every aspect of their lives. These boys will come into a program that promotes family values and teaches how to "Build REAL Men for Life." They will enter the program as boy's and leave as young men who are equipped with all the tools nessesary for them to succeed in life, as well as the basketball court.

"The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endevour."
