A.I.S

Suggested Prerequisite: None

A college preparatory laboratory foundation course for freshmen. This comprehensive course intergrates the science of disciplines of physics, chemistry, biology, and earth and space sciences. This course is lab/activity based with an emphasis on problem solving and discovery that wil guide students to become observers, thinkers and questioners. Foundation skills that are necessary for success in later science courses are emphasized. A.I.S meets the U.C "f" (elective) requirement.
