Credit is available for participation in after-school sports. Check with your coach or Guidance Advisor


SPORTS REQUIREMENTS: In order to participate in school sports, you are required to take a physical examination from a medical practitioner, and carry at least $1500 in medical/hospitalization insurance coverage. The necessary forms may be obtained from the Vice-Principal's Office in the Administration Building. If your student plans to participate in a fall sport, he/she should come to the office to pick up the necessary forms and must take the physical before participation. Purchase of a PAL sticker is also required. The PAL Sticker may be purchased from the School Treasurer in advance, or by checking it off on the school finance form provided in this packet. If the fall sport is practicing during the summer, You must have all forms (physical) completed before starting. All forms must be complete before any practice begins. The deadline to sign up for a sport is two weeks after the start of that sports practice season begins (Fall sports -two weeks after start of school).

SPORTS ELIGIBILITY: A student will be deemed eligible only if he/she complies with the sports requirements and the academic and behavioral eligibility rules which are:
