
Registration Requirements and Procedures
ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Before we can register your student, you must complete the address verification process at the Sequoia Union High School District . (See attach information.)
Upon approval by the District the following documentation will be required for admission to Woodside High School .

1. IMMUNIZATION RECORDS - - - up-to-date verification of immunization is required.
2. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
3. WITHDRAWAL GRADES AND CURRENT TRANSCRIPT (FROM FORMER SCHOOL):
Must be supplied by the student when registering.
4. CASHEE TESTING/CELDT/CST-STAR TESTING
NO STUDENT WILL BE REGISTERED WITHOUT THE ABOVE FORMS.
TRANSFERS
If the parent or guardian does not live in the Woodside High School attendance area, parent must apply for an Intra-District transfer from the home school before enrolling at Woodside High School.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
If your student had been in a special program, including Special Education, please inform the Guidance staff before making an appointment.
If the student has attended any other school in the Sequoia Union High School District , please let the Guidance department know. In order to provide the best placement for your student, testing is required for all students before making an appointment with the Guidance Counselor. There is a math and reading test for all students and for students with a primary language other than English may be required to complete additional testing administered at our district office.
