WHS MISSION STATEMENT

“ Woodside High School 's mission is to provide an effective learning community that challenges students to reach their greatest intellectual and personal potential in an environment of mutual respect and support. The Expected Schoolwide Learning Results and content standards form the academic foundation that facilitates a comprehensive acquisition of knowledge. The curricular program is further enhanced by instruction that promotes not only problem solving and reasoning skills, but also ethical decision making and an appreciation of differences. The rich educational experience at Woodside High School graduates self-sufficient young adults who will become active, fulfilled, and engaged members of the community.”
