Teachers:

Voicemail access by dialing (650) 367-9750

All Woodside teachers have voicemail access. Parents can call at any time and leave a message asking the teacher to call them back. Be sure to leave a number where you can be reached and indicate when you will be available at that number. Teachers encourage parents to participate in their children's education and welcome opportunities to talk with parents. Because teachers spend most of their time with students in the classroom, however, they are often unable to return phone calls during the school day. Please understand that teachers may not be able to return phone calls until the day following your message. In an emergency, contact an administrative vice principal's secretary, (650) 367 9750, ext. 4304 or 4305.

When to call a teacher: If you have questions or concerns about your child's grades, progress or behavior in class ... If you think the class is too difficult or too easy ... If you have concerns about what is being taught in class ... If you have questions or comments about a homework assignment ... To obtain test results and report cards ... To volunteer your help in the classroom or at home ... To find out how you can best support you student's work in that teacher's class.
