Academy Program Description

Woodside Business Technology Academy is a school within a school. The Academy is a learning community made up of four dedicated teachers.  The core subjects taught within the Academy include: Math, Social Science, English and Computer Applications. Since the theme of the Academy is Business Technology, the majority of the assignments are focused around either business or technology. Each year also has a focus. Sophomore year, students are encouraged to find a career that they would like to pursue and research. The Junior year is focused on college research, finding colleges that the student would like to attend and a major that the student would like to study in college. The Senior year in the Academy is focused around small business and technology.
