Please contact the attendance office when being dismissed for a medical or dental appointment.

WHEN TO CALL

If a student will absent or is sick

If a student needs to be released for an appointment, please call at least 3 hours in advance so a pass can be delivered

Remember

  • Students can not leave campus with out a pass
  • Students are not allowed to excuse themselves
  • Families have up to 5 days to clear an absence before it becomes a cut

NEEDED INFORMATION

When calling always leave a message and provide the following details.

  • Student Name
  • Student ID number or date of birth
  • Reason for absence(s)
  • Day of absence(s)
  • If calling for an appointment, please provide the time you would like the student to leave campus
