AP EXAM REGISTRATION and payment

• Woodside High School encourages all our AP students to take their exams
• Test registration is done in AP classes by students. 
• All tests will be given at school (no at-home testing)
• The “regular” price per exam is about $126 
• There are no full refunds for students who change their minds and decide not to test.
• The first payment of $40 will be due by November 14 and the final payment is due by February 27th. 
• No exams will be ordered for students who do not pay the $40 deposit by November 14. 
• Students who need to reschedule their exams for reasons of health, emergency, academic, or athletic-competition conflict will be able to test in the late-testing week (end of May).
• The regular testing period will be only two weeks 
• Student registration on AP Classroom is free and it is required.  It is not a commitment to take the exam.  When students register on AP Classroom, they get access to study materials and resources.  Their teachers might make assignments there.
• NOTE: We only have the capacity to proctor tests for Woodside High School students. 

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

There is a $40 non-refundable deposit due by Tuesday, November 14, 2025 in order to secure the AP exam.

February 27, 2026: 

1. Complete payment for exams
2. Cancel exams that will not be taken
3. Late registration for exams that weren't ordered in November 

WAYS TO PAY

Payments will continue to be completed online. Log in to https://user.totalregistration.net/AP/053808. Create an account, and click on make a payment to pay. 

• You can purchase exams using a debit or credit card. This option provides you with immediate payment confirmation.
• You can also choose to mail your payment (personal check, money order, cashier’s check) to Total Registration.

Both options require you to login to https://user.totalregistration.net/AP/053808.
