Cross Country season officially begins on Friday, August 4th, 2023. On that day, we will hold our time trial for fitness level. Everyone must participate in this to be part of the team. The varsity teams will run our cross country course on campus. The rest of the runners will run two-miles for time on the track. Everyone will have until August 13th to complete this requirement. That will also be the last day to sign-up for cross country.
Please come prepared to complete this trial / Practice. Wear your running shoes, a shirt and shorts, and bring your own water bottle.

August 4th - 15th
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:30 - 6:00 pm
August 16th - Remainder of the Season:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 - 6:30 pm
