All Woodside High School students are encouraged to participate in summer reading, honoring your voice and choice. Please choose at least one full-length book (or collection of magazines, newspapers, journals) of your own choice, a minimum of 150 pages, that sparks your interest and connects to one of Woodside High School’s 8 Conditions for Success. Summer is a chance to explore new ideas, discover new perspectives, and find something that stays with you. Reading can also be a shared experience. Talk with friends, family, and staff about what you are reading. Share recommendations, swap books, and learn from one another. When we return in the fall, you will have opportunities to share what you read and the connections you made, helping us build a strong and connected community of readers from the start of the year. *Info Flyer

Woodside High School students in AS (10th grade) or AP English (11th-12th grades) will read at least one of the required summer reading books on the AS/AP Summer Reading List over the summer.
